Decarie Square is now an Electric Circuit partner

The Electric Circuit and Decarie Square announce the commissioning of two public charging stations for electric vehicles. Visitors of the shopping mall as well as occupants of this office and medical complex can now charge their vehicles in the underground parking, whose entrance is located at 6900 Decarie Boulevard in Montréal.

About Decarie Square

Decarie Square is a three level mixed use project on Decarie Boulevard in Montreal’s West quadrant.  With about 350,000 square feet of retail space on two levels, the project includes Winners – Home Sense, Dollarama, Proxim Pharmacy and a recently opened Avanti Coiffure, the largest spa/salon in the world, along with a further 150,000 square feet of medical and office components.  Easy on –off access from the Decarie Expressway at the Jean Talon exit and served by 3 bus lines as well as the Namur Metro station.

About the Electric Circuit

The Electric Circuit is the largest public charging network in Québec. It is a major initiative in the implementation of the infrastructure required to support the adoption of plug-in electric cars in Québec, It comprises over 730 public charging stations, including 55 fast-charge stations, operating across 16 Québec regions. Since its launch in March 2012, 155 private and institutional partners have joined the Electric Circuit, and the network now has over 9,500 members.

Electric Circuit users have access to a 24/7 telephone help line run by CAA-Québec, as well as a charging-station locator service. The Electric Circuit Web site, theelectriccircuit.com, and the mobile app for iOS and Android are updated as new stations are commissioned. The Electric Circuit card also allows users to access the 150 Québec charging stations of the FLO network (formerly the VERnetwork).
